Russell Painting Company was started in 1979 in Richmond, Indiana by Bill Russell. His sons, Chad and Eric Russell both worked for their father growing up, and continue to help the company thrive and grow.

The Richmond office is now successfully owned and operated by Chad. Eric is the owner and president of the Indianapolis office.
